Mike Alexander
I am a 40+ year resident of the Winona area and have raised my family here. I have a business degree from Winona State University; After Graduation I served in the armed forces before excepting a job as an account manager for National Escrow Corporation.
Since 1972 I have owned and operated my own Property Management business. I have served as a licensed real estate agent and appraiser in Winona which has given me great insight into property values and housing quality. These experiences have given me a great deal of knowledge concerning maintenance and improvement of homes and properties.
I serve as a member of the Joint Airport Zoning Board
I am a Winona Noon Lion and a member of the Redmen Club.
I am a member of St. Martin's Lutheran Church and serve on the church council
Michelle Alexander
She has been a resident of Winona for most of her life. She is a real estate broker and part owner of Alexander and Associates and Winona Property Management. She is a graduate of Winona State University with A B.A. in History. Michelle attended the Kaplan Professional schools to obtain her Real Estate and Broker Licenses. She has 20+ years' experience in Property Management and Real Estate.
She is an active community member and spends her free time volunteering. She is also a City Council member at large for the City of Winona.

The Company was founded in 2005 by family and friends that were interested in investing in Winona. We started with one property and have grown significantly in the following years. Pictured are the owners of Winona Property Management--at least most of them.
